The presentation will discuss how Zurich North America is supporting their people as they returned to the office and ensuring an equalized experience no matter where they are working.
Through focus groups held during the pandemic on what the future of work could look like, they learned their people didn’t want to fall back into the behavior that existed before when some people were in the office and some remote.
Randa R. Barber will provide recommendations on how to approach hybrid work with purpose and inclusion to ensure people are getting the most out of their experience and feel included and engaged.
