Let’s be brutally honest. In most instances the lack of progress with representation and inclusion isn’t about what we say; it’s about what we do, and perhaps what we believe.
While we can’t always change people’s minds, and we don’t necessary care to change people’s words, we can change people’s behaviors. The link between change management and DEI is clear, yet often unexplored.
In this session we’ll make the implicit, explicit, and talk through how to use our change management skills to deliver on our DEI objectives, and go from positive intent, to powerful action.
