Being an effective leader takes not just skill but self-awareness: awareness of what we think consciously but also what our unconscious selves may be thinking, too.
And in today’s climate we need to ensure that our leadership actions, words, and decisions are done in an open and inclusive manner, despite some biases and stereotypes we may hold.
In this session, we will explore the three areas every leader should focus on in order to be more consciously inclusive.
From THINK IN about our own unconscious biases, to SPEAK UP to create a more inclusive organization, to ACT OUT in ways you can foster a feeling of belonging for everyone within your organization (and beyond).
You’ll leave this session with actionable steps you can take to be a more inclusive leader and make your organization-and the world-just a little bit better for us all.
